With ANY AA enabled, I got periodic moments of low framerate (only when using Vireio), as well as some white wireframe lines showing up on certain cliffs. In my case, I used native 1280x800, maxed every setting, except I used no FSAA (anti-aliasing) at all. High detail is great, but a smooth FRAME RATE is the most important, and you may want the detail lower than you’d use without the Rift. Adjust other video settings if necessary. Video > Advanced > Disable Vertical Sync. Decline that and you will be returned to the changes you were making, but now you can get to Done.Ħ. When changing some sub-settings I was unable to choose Done if that happens, here’s a workaround: hit Esc and it will offer to revert the changes. (And you might want to set the audio mode to Headphones.) Note: you can’t use the mouse to accurately navigate the menus use the arrow keys and Return/Enter to select, Esc to cancel.
